So I hear on BBC radio tonight on the way home from Sweet Tomatoes on Kirkman with the family, that cell phones being left behind in taxi cabs is at an almost epidemic status, world-wide. Bombay seems to be the most honest with a 97% return rate, and the U.S. apparently being the most dishonest (or probably, in my opinion, most indifferent). There’s irony in there somewhere because how many of those cabbies in the U.S. are from Bombay to begin with? Hmmmm….
Anyway, so the idea goes like this. What about the guy who runs the department of lost items at the transit authority? There’s a short film in there somewhere – because the guy has got to get tons of calls… non-stop calls, as he tries to answer and connect all the owners with the phones. Something quirky and entertaining, but of course, moving in some entertaining fashion…
Oh, and we won first place in the film slam!
